    • Offering a vintage piece of McCoy pottery – dark green stoneware barrel shaped pitcher. It is marked on the bottom of the pitcher with a shield inside circle mark with a 4 inside
    .
    It has condition problems as follows:
    small pin hole about the size of a pencil tip on the outside  as well as other manufacturing flaws such as nubs and dings as common in this type of pottery – also a very small rough spot may be a slight chipped-  there is also a scrape like mark on the handle
    – see pictures.  It measures approx. 8.5″ tall x 8.25″ across from tip of the spout to the end of the handle. It is a nice piece even with the damage. I have had it on display in my home for over 20 years but I am down-sizing and figured it needs a new home.
    I am not an expert on all items I sell. I attempt to describe the items and point out all the damage I find to the best of my ability and the pictures are part of my descriptions, so please super-size to take a better look for any imperfections I may have missed. I research my items on the internet to come up with my descriptions to identify these items. Most of my items are vintage and vintage condition is assumed.
