Vintage J WARDELL Builder Air Conditioner WELTER Advertising MINNEAPOLIS MN SIGN

For sale is a very early JO WARDELL BUILDER SIGN.  I believe this sign was out of Minneapolis since JO WARDELL pulled many building permits in the early 1900s.  Many of the permits came from the 1915 era.  Also, realize that Ray N WELTER Heating and Air Conditioning was from MINNEAPOLIS and started in 1912. This sign was hand painted and is metal.  It does have some scratches and bending, but overall presents well.  This is a fantastic early piece of Minneapolis advertising history.  What a cool way to link two early Minneapolis businesses on one sign!
