    About the maker of this figurine
    Boyd Art Glass, was a small family-run business in Ohio, had manufactured nearly 300 different colors since 1978.  They are no longer in business.  All Boyd glassware is produced in limited quantities–making it very collectible. Because of this limited production, there is a high demand for Boyd Glass and many figurines appreciate in value. They have since closed shop and no longer make Art Glass.
