Black ink blotter roller with elephant motif (K29)

Black porcelain ink blotter in an elephant motif. Fits the political season for members of the old Republican party as this dates to the 30’s.  Heavy with both wire blotter holders intact-one loosens these to remove a used up blotter. Blotter on roller shows small ink stain in the middle. One would cut up free or purchased blotters to use on the item. Bottom roller has the raised C in circle and “The W-31”. No chips or dings. Nice survivor.
